Phoenix title and escrow leader adds 1,800 square feet, welcomes new executive and continues hiring to support growth

PHOENIX, AZ, UNITED STATES, August 6, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS is expanding its Phoenix headquarters after increasing its market share by 30% over the past three years. Notably, it stands as one of the most significant growth trajectories among title and escrow companies in the region during the past decade.

The company is adding 1,800 square feet to its current office space, including five new window line offices, workstations for additional support staff and expanded collaborative work areas. The expansion comes just 18 months after the team moved into its current headquarters and reflects the company's continued hiring efforts and growing client base across Arizona and nationwide.

As part of its continued growth, Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS has hired Morgan Saban as vice president, national commercial accounts. Saban joins the Phoenix headquarters after building a successful career in competitive B2B sales and commercial real estate relationship management. The company is also actively recruiting four additional professionals to support its expanding operations.

"Commonwealth has built an incredible legacy over the past 140 years by putting relationships, expertise and client service first," Saban said. "I wanted to be part of a team with that kind of reputation and national platform, where I can continue growing while helping clients successfully navigate every stage of their commercial real estate transactions."

"What excites us most isn't the additional space. It's what it represents," said Tonya Lively, vice president of Arizona national commercial operations and escrow operations manager. "Our team's growth has been driven by long standing client relationships, a commitment to omnipresent service and the incredible momentum we're seeing throughout Arizona's commercial real estate sector."

The expansion follows a period of sustained growth for Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS as it continues to support some of the state's largest commercial real estate transactions and development projects. The company's 29 person team currently provides title and escrow services for projects helping reshape Arizona's commercial real estate landscape, including developments associated with the multibillion dollar TSMC semiconductor manufacturing campus in the West Valley.

As Arizona continues to attract major investments in advanced manufacturing, industrial development, multifamily housing and mixed use projects, Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS has expanded its capabilities and workforce to meet increasing demand from developers, investors, lenders and commercial real estate professionals.

The office expansion is expected to support additional hiring and position the company for continued growth as Arizona remains one of the nation's most active commercial real estate markets.

"As demand for our services continues to grow, this expansion ensures we're well positioned to support major projects, recruit exceptional talent and continue providing the level of service that has fueled our growth," Lively said.
